After more than a decade in support roles in a variety of industries I founded Regain Focus in 2013 – leveraging my organizational skills and extensive knowledge to assist solopreneurs reach their business goals by eliminating the time-consuming tasks that get in the way.  I love that I get to work with great creative people who have a passion for their business and the life they want to lead.   It is incredibly fulfilling to help them focus on what they want to be doing and be a part of them achieving their goals.

FAQs

First lets chat! I offer a free 30 minute consultation in which we can discuss your business and your needs for a virtual assistant. If we both decide that it will be a good fit you will choose your desired package and I will then send you the agreement and invoice. As soon as the agreement is signed and the invoice paid we can get right to work!

I ask for all tasks and projects to be communicated via email so that I have all the details in writing. We can also set up a call to discuss the details of any project if needed. I am also reachable via text message during normal business hours for simple questions or clarifications.

Typically files are shared with Dropbox to be easily accessed by all parties. However I can also accept files via GoogleDrive and email.

I have a standard agreement and terms that you will need to sign. This is to clarify our working relationship and protect both of our interests. There is no long term contract.

Your invoice will link you to pay with credit card or PayPal.

I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area and typically work within the hours of 9am-5pm PST.
